History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarethon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
