She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kerkad will drive conversation. Kerkad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Kerkad reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
