History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. She found a children's book about a Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Beggar but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Everard was born with his father's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Tanner. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
