Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. Her black fur is still thick. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: A 3'1" northern man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Tod was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Arnold was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arnold decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his small red hat.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born in the west to a Sellsword, Bucklal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She sports chestnut long hair. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her top grey hat.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jane grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Jane took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes her a fraud
