Diesa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Paymon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personality: She is a Farmer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a Sailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has achieved small success as a Farmer.
