History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alvyn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Hirrathak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
