History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Shadow hails from a village terrorized by drow. Shadow was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Barrister. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against drow
