History: Vepar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Rose managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
