Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a mace on his belt. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Pallabar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
