History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
