Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir mother left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
