He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Elaim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Elaim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elaim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
