Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ootah embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Frug was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Frug's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Her brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Gardener who has hired her part-time. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Bookbinder; and money/treasure

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears dull red sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
