History: Pandjed was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His childhood dream was to be a Assassin, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a Sculptor, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
