History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 33. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Oblar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Oblar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
