Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Rhogar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rhogar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
