History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shamil studied abroad. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
