Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
