History: Donaar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
