It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the north to a Bellfounder, Adrik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adrik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a Blacksmith soon after.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is fixated on the number 72. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Spy and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
