She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

History: Dain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Maynild speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Maynild abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Performer. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has worked as a Performer like her father before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult.
