History: Wiggens hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He has worked as a Bounty Hunter like his father before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
