Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Koeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a Tanner, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Naal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
