History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shautha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shautha was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarion embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He got into the Architect business at a young age. Through the years after Quarion was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Quarion's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
