History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a tan coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thervan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Thervan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears tattered old clothes. She has wavy auburn hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to be a roofer again

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an entirely green suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His green crest is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are red.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mercenary and was forced into it by his family.

Description: An older woman who wears suspenders and white workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time, she is not a threatening figure. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and seeks redemption
