History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She found a children's book about a Halfling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
