History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Art's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Stableman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and is pretty ugly. Her head has been shaved. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
