History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Shane was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Knight. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
