Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Lucan was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
