History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Hecat was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second daughter.
