History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oppleby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Olivia was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Olivia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
