History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Nedda reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
