History: Ranala was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ranala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's also a talented Server, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and her religion dominates her actions

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Lucan has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vadania embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and retire the richest woman in the east
