She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Anbera hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anbera grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anbera. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
