History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it
