History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
