Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rieta does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
