Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His crest is cut close to his head. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her white hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eridred grew up listening to her father's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Spring and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is portly but not overly obese. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears long strands of ruby and short pastel dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His gray fur is lengthy. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a Slave Trader first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Two Llamas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
