History: Decarabia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
