History: Shifting lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Elegant was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shepherd. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
