History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

She is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, grey shirt, and tan tie. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Nissa was born the youngest of three triplets. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
