The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, River would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
