History: Wrenn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Silgre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Silgre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

History: Kite was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is her passion
