History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Verna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She struck the Sellsword job and began her own company from there.

Description: She is a husky woman, who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Laucian was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Laucian reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by his family; and wants to work out more often
