Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fulbar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Fulbar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
