History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Painter. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Right-Handed grew up listening to her father's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.
