Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Valafar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
