History: Cecily was born with her father's beautiful face. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
