Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Oblar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside.
