History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Herbalist mother left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Gifted from a young age, Beloril studied abroad. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
